GreenSight is an AI platform that helps ITADs identify and value devices, ensuring they are routed down the most profitable path. The platform offers two core products: a mobile application for frontline operations and a web platform designed for ITAD managers and decision-makers.

Mobile App

The GreenSight mobile app supports two primary workflows at intake and processing:

Automated Device Intake — Using photos of a device, the app automatically identifies key device information including manufacturer, model, and serial number. An optional routing layer pulls live market pricing to recommend an optimal disposition path — scrap, wholesale, or e-commerce — based on current value.

Cosmetic Condition Grading — Operations managers define custom cosmetic grading rules. Technicians capture up to five images of a device, and the system returns a standardized A–F cosmetic grade. This removes subjectivity from grading, improves consistency across technicians and facilities, and creates an auditable grading record tied to images.

Web Platform

GreenSight’s web platform centralizes all scanned devices and operational data in a browser-based interface built for operations managers and leadership.

Quick Quote — A rapid pricing tool that allows users to upload or enter a list of devices and receive aggregated pricing insights. Designed for bids, intake decisions, and fast valuation without requiring physical scanning.

Cutline Builder — A dynamic tool that allows managers to define routing thresholds using real-time monetary values rather than static cutlines. As markets shift, routing logic updates automatically — keeping operations aligned with current conditions.

Operations Dashboard — A centralized view of inventory, throughput, pricing trends, and recovery performance across devices and categories.

GreenSight connects intake, valuation, grading, and routing into a single system. The mobile app captures clean, structured data at the source, while the web platform transforms that data into operational insight, pricing intelligence, and actionable recommendations — helping ITAD facilities recover more value with less manual effort.
